i just got some h&r lowering springs and i was wondering whats the best way to install them. i've never worked on a suspension before so should i just take it to a shop, or use my friends spring compressor and try to do it myself? thanks for the input.

its not too hard, just get a friend with some experience to supervise and help

 

when using that spring compressor treat it with respect cuz if u dnt bad things can hapen and u dnt wanna be around a spirng thats compressed and lets loose
