Default going from chipped p28 to stock p28

I opened up my ECU and it has 2 sockets + chips.
If I wanted to go back to stock would I just remove the chips?

I want to unchip it because I'm using it on my SOHC vtec mini-me and it was chipped for use with a B16 plus VTEC kicks at 4,600 and makes my engine bog a bit I believe stock is higher at 5k+

no you need to get a different chip. I believe it's either $15 or $30 from one from websites. if you just remove the chip your ECU won't have a map to run of. when replacing the chip, remember that they are directional so make sure you put it in the right way.

no, because your stock chip is removed, there is a differenent one on the on the socket, so you can change them out.
