driver side suspension is pulled back a few inches?

driver side suspension is pulled back a few inches?
my friend just got a 91' integra for really cheap...everything seemed fine, but then today, he realized that his whole front driver side suspension is pulled back about 2 inches, but his passenger seems fine, it's in the middle of the wheel well...but the driver side isn't, does anyone know how to fix this?
