WTB B16&Tranny for '91 civic! $$$

Looking for a B16 motor for my swap, if there's a way i can use my obdo vtec harness to run obd1 or obd2 motors then i'll buy one of those.

Yes, you can use your stock wiring harness. You just have to buy an OBD0 to OBDI conversion harness.
