Are you talking about how to adjust the dampening on it? If so, turning it counterclockwise is setting it to the softest, which is 1. Clockwise is stiffening it.

I think he's talking about the way to adjust the ride height without affecting the suspension travel. the Flex can do that, right?

There should be a lower bracket holding the spring and another bracket underneath that for the actual shock.
Dont touch the spring bracket, loosen the lower bracket and turn the whole shock.

BTW-The stiffest setting is 1, which is all the way clockwise.
Then, start your count from there going counter-clockwise 2-3-4 etc.....which leads to its softest point, 16. Dont go past that.

Thats what i thought about the bracket i know how to adjust the coilovers, i just didnt want to start turning ****.

my boy told me that there is a bolt on the lower part that locks the shock in place so that it cannot move. i was looking for the bolt and just gave up i guess either it just not important or im just to lazy

there are 3 locks on the tube.. unlock the lowest of the 3 seat locks. It should be the one that is seated alone and right above the lower tube... then just grab the main casing and turn it and it will go up or down within that lower tube.

I dont know what bolt he is talking about because it locks with that lower bracket so it doesnt move.
I dont have any bolt but then again, my Flex are in an EP.
