I have a 99 civic with a 98 gsr motor in it. We have been doing the swap and started the car the other night. The car was having a wierd idle from 1000 to 3500 rpms. After shutting it off and starting it again the car would just tach out and bounce of rev limiter. I am running a 99 civic SI ecu with the motor so there are no secondairies. I have no clue what to do. Do you???
