Default Screw the Winter Beater....R is back out

I couldn't take it anymore...I put my R away for the winter at the beginning of November, and I just couldn't stand driving a POS. So the R is back on the road and I am living life again....not a day went by that I didn't think about driving my car.

Just dont drive it when it starts snowing or if the roads are really covered with salt, You'll be fine
I thought november was a bit early to take it off the road

Same here. I didn't drive the R for a while because the weather was bad. Now it's so nice again that I couldn't resist taking it back out and driving around!

I love the smell of burning rubber after some spirited driving.

I use the R year round, but living in Arizona makes it very easy.

I'm glad to be in CA for the winter. Last winter in NC, my ITR sat for 4 weeks - 2 weeks at a stretch when there was (all that) snow on the ground and SUVs were crashing into eachother left and right.

CA weather

Unfortunatly I have to drive mine even if it is snowin'...last week I had snow all over my air filter so I figured it was time to take the CAI off.

If you West coast, southern, and Florida guys only knew of midwest winters.

...then maybe you'd understand why most of us don't drive our nice cars from Dec-Feb. Luckily we've had a mild winter thus far.

After reading this thread at school this morning I had to come home and wake up my R from it's winter hybernation. It feels like a ******' ferrari modena after driving my 83 prelude around for 3 months!
