Default speed govener?

What are ways you can remove the speed govner on obdII ecu's, or at least change them?????

I believe the A'Pexi Rev/Speed Meter eliminates the speed govenor

I think AMS above was right about the rev/speed meter would if not you may have to change ECU's my buddy has a JDM ecu and his cuts at 125-128 My 97 stock US GSR ecu has no limit i've had my about 155ish i say that b/c It only reads to 150 Check the APEXi piece out
