I have a type s with a RSR GTII exhaust and i just blew the insides of the muffler out on the highway when shifting to 2nd . i'm not really sure what to do except buy another exhaust. any suggestions would be great and has this happened to anyone else?

 

get rsr to replace it for free?

 

blew the insides out? all the baffling spewed out onto the road? call your dealer and return it for defective product. that's the first time i've ever heard anyone's muffler spewing out.

 

That definately sounds like a warranty claim. RS-R is reputed to be a high quality company and unless you modded the muffler, I'd hope they would replace the can section.
