That's F-ed up. Drag racing when you can barely reach the speed limit? Well, maybe on a bike

So according to Tennessee law:

You can leave your house with a friend in another car and head up to the movie theatre along side each other and it would be considered drag racing?

hrmness...

Well that video the under-cover police filmed didn't help the poor guy neither.

And since when did drag racing involved taking corners at high speed?

That's why in Georgia, there are similar stupid laws. At least ours is well thought of. They call it a speed contest. Technically you can be sitting at the stop light next to another vehicle and both of you rev your engine, you can be cited a ticket for attempted speed contest.

That's the worst thing I've ever heard. It sounds like the Soviet Union or China to me.

 

AHH..this almost happened to me when i was in highschool...my friend had just gotten an exhaust for his civic (he is a die hard rice boy) and he was in front of me in a left turn lane and he reved..."i dont recall" revving back at him...but as the light went green and we turned and started driving the speed limit behind a bus an undercover cop turned on his lights and pulled over my friend. I didnt know what he had done wrong but i kept going. Found out the next day he got a ticket for wreckless driving, but they were gonna rip it up if he wrote an essay on wreckless driving and why its bad(some highschool safe driving program )..then i got a note the next day calling me to the school police officers office(mr "friend rated on me and told the cops my name). He asked me if i knew Paul and if i was tryin to race him and why i reved and all this crap and he handed me the same "write a 3 page paper" crap as my friend...being "invincible" and knowing that he didnt have any proof at all that it was me i ignored it till past the due date, got a call down to the office again and told them to prove it was me and i was leaving till he could. He told me he would send me my ticket and i could challenge it in court..ok gotta end the story now...im good friends with poilice chief and son and went to them and told the father i wasnt gonna write a damn paper or go to court, and if they had a problem with that they could arrest me and make it a bigger deal and then my parents would sue that crap out of them. The cops never bothered me again.

Cliffs: Was told i was revving on my friend..told them i wasnt...they threaten...i ignore..they have no proof..i win.

 

Anyone want to "Drag race" at 40Mph WTF is wrong with those cops F them

 

Anything to F over John Q Public...on another note, if we never go back to Deals, Keith will not have a chance to make it across the canopy. And, where else can you eat Waffle House TWICE in less than 12 hours...?

 

So will any of you guys go back there? It's just as easy for us to get busted as it was for those bikers...
