Default Thinking of getting a new setup...

my cx motor and tranny are nearly at the end of their lifes.. so im thinking of getting a new engine...
93-95 D16Y6 (SI/EX engine)
RSR catback exhaust (in the mail)
AEM cai
GReddy or ApexI 4-2-1 header and a high flow cat.
Im getting the motor from a friend for under 500, and 125hp is good enough for me for right now. What would this motor put down? Wat time would it run?
Anyone got any advice on what i should get for it?
