hey has anyone ever bought anything from phasenine.com,and have u had problems with them shipping your order?I ordered a bunch of parts from them like about a month ago and they said the order was supposed 2 be at my house in 3days from the purchase date,and it was never received,then about a week L8r I finally got through 2 them and when I asked what was up with my order they put me on hold for like half hour and them it somehow got disconnected,then they never answered there phone,so by the end of that week I got throught 2 them by AIM,and then they say my order got lost during the shipping process,so he was gonna ship another order out with rush delivery,which never came in,now when I ask them about my order he says hold on let me check,then he puts his away message on and never responds again,do u guys have any info about these guys at phasenine!

i heard they suck and dont ship ppl there **** so i think u got fucked. to bad though they have the thin mugen lip for 94-97 integras that ive never seen newhere else

 

well these dudes from Phasenine got like 400bucks of mine,what do u guys think I can do about it,they took the money from the atm card the same day the order was placed

 

contact ur banks fraud department and tell them u never ordered from them and that u just noticed it on ur bank statement

I got my grill and front and rear lip from them. There shipping really sucks. I got things in about 2 weeks but there phone was always busy and they have the worst communication. They say that to bring us the low prices they dont have much staff at all. There are a few threads on here

ya i bought front and rear lips from them and it took like a month and a half, they said i would get some thing extra but never did, over all experience just keep calling them

 

yeah I call and call them and it always goes 2 voice mail,and when I I.M them,under a different screen name they answer me with no problems,but as soon as I mention my order,they say hold on a sec,let me find out the status on the order,then they just wont asnwer back.this place sucks

 

if you start getting close to your credit cards dispute deadline hurry up and dispute the charge so you don't get screwed by the crew at phasenine like me...

 

I bout a lip from them last year. The guy even hooked me up on the price. I paid w/my credit card over the phone, and got the lip shortly after. No problems here...

Hey, who is this? I will look it up and get you the tracking number. The order sounds familiar, but if you are who I think you are, we re-shipped your parts over 2 weeks ago. You did not receive anything?

 

I did not realize how old this thread was, sorry. I guess that was the same person who we re-shipped the parts to. Anyhow, shipping times have been bad in the past, we are working to improve them to under a week from the time the order is placed to when it is received. Moving to a bigger unit this Wed. as a matter of fact. Please understand this not us being lazy or shady, just busy during certain times causing late shipments and a inability to answer every call.

good people... i got my lips quick, well packaged, no complaints from me

 

i thought about ordering my front and rear lip from them but i did my homework and decieded not to. its kinda like 80% bad experience and 20% good. i do like their prices though.

 

yeah finally got a hold of them last night ,he was supposed 2 call me 2day,which he didnt,so I wrote back 2 him and he asnwered a few questions but when I asked for a tracking number I never got a answer back :thumbdown,then I gave him my number again before I signed off and still no call

 

i asked for a tracking number 5 times and got the same run around you did... i finally got all my parts last week that i ordered in april... thank God i still got them b/c my credit card company said it was too late to dispute the charge...

just gotta keep bothering them...

 

Do not order from them. I ordered some lips....never came in. They take $$$ over the phone real quick though.

so i call em everyday
keeps telling me in 2 days
then 3 days then oh its backorder in 2 weeks
then same thing

it takes 25-1h to get them on the phone too
i would not buy from them again!

 

dude, its pretty obvious the ******* not going to send you ****.

if you payed via credit card, call your credit card company and tell them the purchases were made at what turned out to be a non-reputable company

they should be able to refund your money

DO NOT WASTE ANYMORE TIME trying to get your stuff shipped out, and stop believing their lies.

the more time you waste, the harder it is going to be to get your money back, if at all.

I tryed to order a lip from them but the order went through. I called 2 weeks later and the guy had no info so I said nevermind.

after that 2 months,
if they decide not to send you jack ****,
you'll have no ******* way to get your money back,
most cc's and paypal have a time limit.
