Found Revell 1/25 ITR model...
Hey Guys (Gals too),
I know there was a thread a long ways back about the Revell ITR 1/25 model. Well I found a hobby store in my local mall that still has them. If anyone out there wants one and can't get it at their local Walmart or whatever, its no problem for me to grab one for you. The only bite is that they want $14.95 for them (I think I paid $8 or $9 at Walmart a few eyars back).
I don't want anything extra, just enough to cover shipping... just trying to help out fellow R owners. I picked up two a few years back and have yet to finish them.
Pricewise you're probably better off if they have them at your local stores, but if not at least we found a place that still has them.
Just an FYI...
must be the drugs from your knee operation. It is a MODEL that you assemble, so you could, in theory, paint it freaking purple. But CW is always an option if you want to get walked by the Yellows.....
The Revell ones that I've got (which are the same) come molded in white. Wheels come in gunmetal and "Stunna" chrome as well. Bottom and interior parts are molded in black and engine parts come in grey.
Honestly though, even if it comes as white plastic you'd want to paint it. Personally I've always painted my models even if they come molded in a close color.
I think a few others have done this model as well...
By the way, they had a metal body model kit as well, but I forget the maker and didn't catch the price. I could always find out later. That one came with a silver "race labeled" metal body.

If anyone really wants me to go and pick one up, drop me an IM. I'm not sure who actually wants one or not, or who is going to order from Revell themselves or not.
I'd be happy to help out though.
Anyone else have this one??
