i gotta 91 gs. ok i was going back to school on a residential road and when i pressed the clutch in to shift to 2nd i heard a pop or sumtin from the clutch pedal and its now stuck. i can pull it out but theres no tension. if i try to press on it it presses back all the way in. if i try to start my car i can press on the clutch just barely enuff, but when i try to put it in gear it won't go in. its still stuck there on the side of the road eh . can anyone help me out? thanks

ps. oh ya like on sat was when i had a exedy organic installed. i think it was the shops fault, but i'd like to know wats up w/it so i don't have to tow it all teh way down to west seattle cuz i leave in the east.

 

1. Check ya clutch fluid

if thats not it it might be ya slave cylinder?

 

actually you said you have a 91 so check your clutch cable. more than likely it snapped.

 

clutch cable probably went bad i got a 93 gs and it happened to me yesterday i pushed to clutch in and it sstayed on the floor right, u just havta take it to a shop and have them order the cable straight from acura or u can try and do it urself and go to an acura service department its about 75 or 85 $ for the cable setup so

 

hmm ic thanks. me n my dad are prob gonna tow w/our 4x4 lol all teh way down to west seattle n get the guy who installed tha clutch do all that cuz i have no idea wtf to do. thanks alot tho guys
