I bought these 2 weeks ago 2nd hand and never doubted they were real, as they looked 100%, but i ordered some centre caps last week, and they dont fit Now this either means i have the wrong centres, which is entirely possible due to Volks wierd centre options , or my wheels are dodgy

But for piece of mind can anyone with similar rims (8 spoke 4x100 16x7" CE28N's) have a look at em and let me know, hi res pic is here

any input would be appreciated, even a for my dream wheels I love em anyway, but i paid for real ones, and would like to know for sure

 

shouldnt they say somewhere on the wheel who made them?

 

it says "forged"

 

I dont remember seeing the word "TUNER" on real ones. I think the real ones say "Forged" not "Forge"

 

the finish looks fake and i read "force flight racing tuner" around the lip?

I take it you didn't look on the INSIDE of the wheel for the volk racing sticker.

take the wheel off man and there should be a sticker on the inner lip, if there isnt then they are fake... lol anyone should know a jdm ***** wouldnt take the stickers off.

i had 8 spokes....they were real. im not sure about the "FORGE" part....should say "FORGED"

 

They look like copies to me. It should have a volk racing sticker inside

Looks like it should say Rays Eng stamped right on the outside

 

on the inside of my te's it had rays stamped into the backside of the spokes

No, didnt know about that untill after i bought them, and wasnt sure if this was straight from the factory, or added in the US or what, that why i posted here

Knew they didnt have the stems, but thought they might be optional like the caps, and the spelling of Forged, just thought that was volk being japanese

anyway its looking a little shaky now however i didnt pay too much for them, but more than i would for fakes

Waiting for the seller and a few others that should know to get back to me and sort it for sure

will still be pissed if there not the originals though And it looks like there not

The smaller diameter ce28n's had 8 spokes, the larger ones have 10.

 

No offense, but those wheels you purchased are for sure fake.
