How will idle be affected with the fitv removed?

 

yeah i'm in the same boat, I got an aebs manifold.

 

as long as theres no intake leak. u can have it just chillin. and the idle will be steady all the time, cold start ups will be weird

 

it just effects the cold idle but if you live in a warm climate you should have no problems at all.

 

remove the hole thing or just plug the lines that come outa it?

 

i removed the fitv car takes a bit more cranking to start now and stalls on occasion (only at start-up). Is this typical?

 

not trying to jack your post but how much junk can you take off a b16a intake manifold without messing junk up

</TD></TR></TABLE> You can remove the fitv and some of the metal vacuum lines. Everything else is needed.
