replaced 194 gauge bulbs...1.5 months ago
I bought 2 sets (cuz they come in pairs) of blue 194 bulbs at the local Schuck's. They weren't as bright blue as expected, but I was satisfied. But now it seems like the more time passes, the more they fade and just turn lighter and tealer. I swear now when i look at it, and look at the color of the climate control they're kinda similar. When I first got the bulbs, the gauge was CLEARLY blue and the climate control was the icky mild yellow/green stock color.
I want red bulbs now (to match my SRS light
) but I'm afraid of just picking up the red ones at Schuck's and ending up that they fade so that my whole gauge is light orange or yellow or something.
Sry for all the rambling...basically, have other people had problems with the color of their gauge bulbs fading, and does anyone know where I can buy good quality BRIGHT red 194 bulbs?

Had Cuzo hyperwhite 194's for years, guages were bright white, then one finally burned out so I threw some amber 194's in there, they look nice, and easy on the eyes.
