hope the type r motor gives u a 2 second head start lol..
Just slowly build it up.
You could run with an type-r motor if u did an ls-vtec easily.

15.4 best??
you've got to be kiddign me, either A. he's not breaking traction, just constant spinning, or B. he's a shitty driver.

a b16 in an ef, will hit mid 14's and low 14's with a good driver.
an ITR motor, i'm sure can prolly break 13's easily, since it has more hp and tq.

Ehhhh, go find yourself an LS block, put together an LSvtec with your current head, and it'll be a good race then. I know a guy who's got an LSvtec in a porky 96 Lx 4dr and runs 14.5 on street tires. In your car, should do a alot better!

If u want to build a race motor heres what you do.
Start out with a 100 shot.
Stuff will break fix that stuff.
Step up to a 200 shot.
Fix all the stuff that will break.

Then and only then can u beat a type r motor
