Are just upgraded valve springs fine for Buddy Club 3+ in my b18c? Or do I have to upgrade the retainers also? I heard I would be fine even just upgrading to Type R valve springs. I wont be revving past 9k.

Chipped p28
i,h,e, skunk2 mani, resonated test pipe

stock retainers will be fine unless they have a lot of wear.

no matter what you will have to upgrade your valve springs. ITR valve springs would be fine for those cams.

do you like those cams? I was trying to decide between those and skunk2 and cant make up my mind. Your opinion since you actually own them would be appreciated.

what are the lift and duration specs of these cams....it is the amount of lift that determines how hardcore your valve springs must be.
