Shaved door handles

I have a 4dr, i want to remove the rear door handles... what do i do to go about this?

i think they sell kits to shave door handles. But y would u want to shave the rear. it would look a little wierd with the fronts not shaved

It doesn't look too wierd. I remember when Aunie had it done to her old 5th gen 4dr painted electron blue.
