D16 to B16, can I reuse anything?

D16 to B16, can I reuse anything?

Going from 94 D16Z6 to 95 JDM B16 w/hydro...can I reuse any of the D16 parts, like the crank pulley, p/s pump, alternator, fuel injectors, etc?

only b-series stuff..maybe u can reuse wiring harness..not too sure though
