Ditto, I am in CT. I have OBD1 vtec ecus. I also have lots of vouches, so you don't have to worry about me shipping to you.

whats included is the HID bulbs, the harnesses and ballast boxes, projector is a maybe i can see, but not guranteeing it....... as far as the ecu's i want a chipped p28 with a lower rev limit then 9k... and or a p30 i guess... all HIDs work fine they come straight out of the cars, and id rather do local pick up just so you can see they work and i can see the ecu etc.

 

can you get h4h bulbs? they are different than normal h4 bulbs

what i basically have or can get are mercedez, bmw, and lexus... anything else is just a fling... those are the main three and even lexus's dont come by that much.

whats the intensity of the HID Kit ?? 4300k? 6000k? 8000k?

 

the "intesity" of the HIDs would be easy to find, just google them or something, cause this is how it is, what ever cars come in, are the HIDs i get, i dont have them stocked up to no end you know... but i basically get one or two cars a days mostly bmw's, x5 etc.
