Default Intermittant Wipers

Is it possible to install an intermittant wiper switch on a 1990 STD hatchback, either using parts from a 1990 DX or Si? If so, what all has to be done to accomplish this?

yes you can!

you need :
the switch, which is on the whole tunsignal/wiper arm assembly
the control box, which is a big grey thing plugged into the back of the fuse box
the wiper motor, thing on the left under the hood

it all plugs in and voila, intermittant wipers!

Great - thanks. Where is the best place to get these parts at? Is there an online store that sells these? Also, how do you get the wiper switch off?

I have the whole intermittent wiper switch. I was going to do the change over but, I don't know the box on the back of the fuse box to look for. If you want them you can buy them from me. Also in the writeups on H-T, I have never heard of anyone having to swith the wiper motor. If so, i must have skipped that part.
