b21a1 to an f22b
no it wont fit without custom mounts.
if you have the money get a h22a, tranny, ecu, and axels somewhere and mounts from place racing.
in my opinion; your best bet is to buy a jdm b20a. Then swap your b21 intake manifold and exhaust manifold for the jdm ones.
or
buy a used head from a wreching yard etc.
of those 2 replacing the head is your cheapest route. although not the best route.
the b21 has the first fmr (carbon fiber) cylinder walls for prelude motors. since these cyl walls are harder then the prior models walls, they eat up rings. See honda failed to add harder rings to there new design to compensate for the harder cyl walls. thus causing oil loss and the need for ring replacement. about 70% of b21's i have encountered over 120k miles have this problem. some do not, and the reason for that may be because the owners have changed the oil religiously since new.
so your most effective solution for the bastard child prelude is to swap in the b20. which will have the same horsepower, lower mileage, and directly swappable into your car. it should cost you around 1000-1500 for the engine+ installation if you pay to have it done. the engine itself can be had for 400-600.
good luck-

I think you would have to modify the hood wouldn't you? The B21A1 leans back for a lower hood line/weight advantage. The F22b looks more upright to me.
Sorry, as a former third gen 'lude owner I can honestly say there is not much I have seen swapwise on otherwise a pretty cool car.

You should not have to cut the hood. B21 to b20 should already have to use the factory engine mount holes. If you are going to use something like an h22 you will have to get custom motor mounts anyway, just keep the hood in mind.
