Default motor options

I started off head strong on a turbo...then I wanted a SC....now i am hooked on all motor...
I drive a 90 civic STD, I installed a B16A with Y1 tranny, SRI, 2 inch straight pipe with 2 glasspacks....my car is a great sleeper....
i recently added ITR cams...and wow....i am adding a header, and bigger exhaust later...i am just afraid of loosing the low end grunt the ITR cams give the motor. i am building my engine from stock honda parts, and keeping it stock looking for hustling purposes.....
my plan
B18C bottom with PR3 pistons( i like my combustion chambers to match my pistons, and who can say no to 11.6:1 compression ratio)
ITR intake manifold w/68mm t-body
H22 injectors
I am not upgrading the valve train because i am not raising the rev limiter, i am tuning for a smooth vtec transition, like i have now. unlike stock cams..ITR cams give you a smooth torque band, and smooth cam transition...there is only really a sound change at vtec. INPUT PLEASE!!!!!!

generally lowering a car will make the suspension stiffer. if u have a soft suspension ur not gonna launch as well and ull lose power when shifting. if the back end of ur car pushes down every time u change gears, thats all ur power goin rite there from the front wheels.

by putting stiffer springs ur car will drive better.
if i wanted comfort, id drive a lexus.

And how can one tell that a car needs suspension work by looking at pictures?
