i NEed jdm front bumper, left head light, left tail light,. i Need the jdm type r parts so if anyone can tell me where i can get these parts it would be gladly appreciated.

Why don't you buy an "H" emblem and paint your grille and get a lip? The only difference with JDM and USDM tail lights is the reflectors. There are no reflectors in the JDM lights. No one is going to tell the difference.
