I have an 02 si and I remember a while back there was a post step by step on how to do it. I did the search on this forum and appearance and cosmetic but came up with nothing. I want to do them in gun metal if anyone has pictures of theirs painted whatever color I'd like to see them.

 

I don't have full details but it's fairly easy. There are screws in the bottom of the bumper that you take off. Then take out the bumper. You'll see bolts that are holding up the headlights. Take out the headlights and set the oven at 200 degrees. (I'm not too sure if it's 200.) I think it stays in there for about 5-10 minutes. You can pry open the headlight but the sealant is pretty gooey now. Paint and let dry. Some people just reused the original sealan while others added clear silicone. Reverse the procedure and you're done.
