22000 miles, lowered with hr springs, tint, Greddy exhaust, clean car, pretty much loaded. $12,000 a fair price?

My son said some like the style some dont, the car did not seem to do well in the market when they changed the body style which is wierd as I was told it was a off shoot of the older school style that did real well. The bank told me the price was dealer wholesale @ 12K. He seems happy with the purchases, was looking for an opinion on the price from the experts. Looks like parts are a heck of a lot cheaper than my WRX.
