Thats not even a exhaust man.

Looks like custom piping with just a large resonator.

i believe that beats all other exhausts in terms of "no bends". i bet it would have the bets performance as well, the sound though might cause babies to cry within a mile radius of it

i forgot who's exhaust that is, but he posted it months ago. thats a race-only exhaust. the only thing bad about it, is that the resonator is right underneath the gas tank.

Ya that's custom. Looks like a "Home Depot Motorsports" bracket holding it up, and some pipe, and a resonator. Has to be loud as hell.

If you're seriously interested in running a setup such as that, it could very easily and inexpensively be replicated as a DIY project. I personally don't think the power gains would be worth the extreme volume though. If loudness isn't a concern, you might as well simply construct a "shorty" setup that dumps under the car.

Is the gas tank modified in that pic to prevent clearance issues? I can't really tell

It probably only looks chopped because the pipe is clean and reflective while the underside of the car is dirty and not polished SS.

I remember Mugen offered something similar for EK's.

edit: Here's something peagreen was selling awhile back, very straight design, but a bend at the very end

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by peagreenhatch &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">This is the 1st gen, they still make this setup but in a different style. Not alot of these where made. Brand new setup. 4pc design. All slip fit and meant to be used with your stock Si, type R, CTR upper manifold. Taking offers.

</TD></TR></TABLE>

You can make that yourself from pipes out of kteller.com for less than $30.

What I'm planning on doing except making come out of the stock location. No muffler. Just straight pipe, resonator, a couple mandrel bends out the back where the stock muffler used to be.
