Fuel Economy tip for AEM owners!
I took off my AEM last night (For winter weather peace of mind). Hitting Vtec with the factory intake, Even with a bypassed resonator box, is soooo much quieter than the AEM. It takes the fun out of hitting vtec regularly.
I am Positive I will see fuel economy increases because of this mod!

I agree...I took mine off last night and it just is not nearly as much fun hitting vtec as it used to be... with the stock airbox in as opposed to the AEM. God I hate winter
Already had to drive in the snow a couple of times too.

What?!? Imagine me, I live in Canada. Spring doesn't come till April and snow starts showing up in early November.
My igloo garage is protecting my ITR pretty nice.
Speaking of AEM...I wonder if you'll see any difference between a 3 inch piped CAI vs the stock AEM 2.5" piping.
BSQ...me and you gotta work together and make an AEM knock off...Home Depot style.
