I had some pos aftermarket sunroof on my car when I bought I hated it from the start because glass was missing. Ohwell went to the Jyard managed to pick out a nice looking pos aftermarket sunroof which lasted me 2months before thermoshock(plus a screw driver) blew it. I had an entire 91 teg sunroof assembly laying around but I knew it wouldnt fit so I didnt bother with the assembly I removed the glass and went to work. My hole for the aftermarket sunroof was a bit wider than I needed it to be for my teg glass meh so what I figured since the teg roof had a metal backing plate I could fab up some sort of sheet metal cover for that. I cut the hole to shape then squeezed it in fabed up a few support brackets bolted them on and used some black gasket maker around the inside of it. heres the final product...

 

Looks pretty nice but do you have any better close up pics?? inside pics??

 

I will tomorrow my cam sux at night ITs not very pretty I used some gasket maker as temporary sealer untill I get another glass piece because I cracked this one.
