I was driving my car one night in the rain and all the sudden my speedometer goes nuts and the check engine light comes on. I checked and a fuse was blown so I changed the fuse and unpugged the batterie to have the check engine light turn off and it worked for about a week and today it happened again when I went to start the car. Any clues? Thanks

 

u got a half open wire somewhere, grounding out sparaticly

happend to me before still never figured out how a wire just opens up

 

yea thats what i thought any place first i should look

 

UHHH mine was around the fire wall, so there and check around where the speedo thing(not very tech. i know) goes into your tranny

hope that helps only things I would think to look
