Actually, yes. Most cars came with Yokohama A-022H tires (A-022H1 for '91-'93 and A-022H0 for '94+). Some cars came with Bridgestone RE010.

I thought NSXs came with either RE010s or RE040s

The '91-01 NSX came with Yokohama A022H or Bridgestone RE010 tires ('91-93 sizes 205/50-15 and 225/50-16, '94-01 215/45-16 and 245/40-17). Some cars came with Yokos, others with Bridgestones. The '02-04 NSX comes with Bridgestone RE040 tires (215/40-17 and 255/40-17). All these tires are designed specifically for the NSX, and for specific corners of the NSX (you have to order a left front tire, etc). The tires differ in the way the belts are biased to work with the NSX alignment, the compounds are slightly different front vs rear, etc. I would not recommend them for the ITR for that reason.
This does NOT apply to the 215/45-16 RE010 available overseas in markets (e.g. Japan) for which the ITR came with that tire; I believe that is a separate Bridgestone part number for a non-side-specific tire in that size.
Yokohama also makes a tire in the A022 line called the A022A, in the stock ITR size of 195/55-15. I believe this is designed for the ITR as a competitor for the Bridgestone RE010 in the same size. At one point the A022A was less expensive than the RE010, but the price on the RE010 has dropped in the past year or two and the A022A is now more expensive ($138 for the A022A, $132 for the RE010 at the Tire Rack).
