Default (photo people) how do you manage to take a pic like this?



could a Canon Powershot G3 take something like this? is there any PS involved? how exactly do you do this?

aperture/shutter speeds would also be helpful.

im guessing most likely the car is parked...and yes, photoshop is used for that...to make the pic blurry and make it seem like it is moving...

you would think so....but 90% of the time this is not the case

you are close.....the shutter speed depends on how much lighting you have

i would love to do something like this...but i have no idea how.

i don't feel like strapping my camera on with a suction cup and start taking off. plus, how would i focus and take the pic if it was outside the car?
