I will take apart your head and port polish it and I will even do your throttle body for only 50 bucks. This is a great deal just pm me for pics of jobs that I did. This is a very cheap way to gain hp.

dude, have you ever even tried to P&P a cylinder head, if you have (like many of us) then you would be charging way more.......hell the supplies alone cost more than 50 bux

because it is....i woudlnt trust any noob 16yr old with my head...i could probably do a better job myself top that all off..you might not see your head ever again...or the head could be completely useless afterwards People go to school for stuff like this..not to burst your bubble but you really do have to understand how air flows...its not as simple as widening the chambers

EXACTLY.......that is what I am paying $20,000+ for while I am here at WyoTech

I have learned to P&P heads WHILE using a flowbench.......I have learned to do square port modifications and to P&P a top fuel dragster head.......like he said, peopel go to school for this stuff

we never said anything about age limits....we said that it is not possible to P&P a head for 50 bux....hell the burr bit alone costs more than 40 bux

 

$50?Damn...you couldnt even get a head ported in the '50's for that much.I charge $350 for basic port work and I thought that was pretty low.It cost's me about $50 just in materials.Where do you remove the material from the head?Polishing the ports isnt the same as porting.Put up some of your work so we can see.

I never once said that he does not know how to P&P a head.....I just siad that if he has done it he would be chargine wayyy more because of the time and materials required in the process

oh BTW

I payed $21,300 to go to a world renowned school called WyoTech.
When I leave here I will have the ability to get jobs that most people wish they had the oppurtunity to get.....an I dumb for that, am I dumb for being able to make over $70,000 a year when I leave here for doing what I love

I goto the same school as him. And talked to this guy on aim. I'm pretty sure this p&p isn't to crazy. No flow numbers, no numbers on anything just "i can tell theres more power" and offering to do it for 25 bucks... I wouldn't send my head for somone to practice on, specially a honda head. It's pretty hard to get good numbers with a flow bench on a honda head let alone a shot in the dark p&p job...

added on because he i'med me again, i was going to leav it at that but heres more...
Finishing a head off with 800 grit on the intake side would result in stupid idle or no idle at all. I'm 100% positive that this guy doesn't know how to p & p nothing. I wouldn't go any smoother than 80 grit on any head. You need turbulance to mix your fuel. and 800 grit would just make your fuel stick to your walls.

I'm pretty sure somone that pays 20k to work on cars is smarter than somone who p&p s a head and fisnishes off with 800 grit. But i'm not the smartest man don't listen to me, send your head to get worked on by some "800 is smoother than 80 grit so its better for the head" guy.

 

did I mention that I am already suited with an Associates in Business and that I am a government certified welder and I am certified in Facilities Manitenence

I am not a slacker and I work VERY hard for everything I have becasue I do not get hand outs like some people

oh and to top it off, I will only be 20 come December
