My old business partner has been selling those things online for awhile now. I was picking up some product the other day from him and he was mentioning that most States are as of right now making those bikes illegal.
How this will affect people who have allready purchased these is unknown...or if it will ever happen. All I know its affected his business tremendously.

The littlier bikes are faster than this one above.... Ive seen first hand the little cag/daytona bikes rip on them! I used to own the smaller one was fun for the 250 I spent on it
