what comes with the setup
all hardware software and programming tools?

 

it's a civic P28 ECU that already has Hondata's S100 installed in it with a Tuned ITR map nothing else. All things like pocket programmer and that stuff are extra.

no it does not have a boost option. I would have bought a GSR if I wanted to boost not a Type R. Oh and if I had the boost option I would have been asking more and would have got the s200 previously stated by t.blizzard.
