The past times that I have taken my head off my car all the head studs came loose and I was able to remove them. But this time the three in the middle on the intake side did not. Normally I would not care but I am tearing the motor down and I need to get them out. Does anybody know how to get them loose? Thanks.

 

double nut them, and unscrew the lower nut
