Really? If I paid by mail its considered mail fraud even though the deal was made online? I thought it would be considered internet fraud. If I was frauded through mail by somone in Canada should I contact Canada Postal Services instead of USPS then?

 

I don't think they mind which medium the buyer/seller communicated through, but how the actual transaction was conducted. Since it went through the mail, it's postal fraud.

But the 909 area is pretty big, it covers several cities.

all i can do is say sorry that you got scammed...but your contacting the wrong person. i did not take any of your money, i did not sell you a hid kit...my ebay id on ebay is not acura037, i do not live at 8383 Monaco Ct. Fontana, CA 92335. and please stop calling me. i did not scam you, because i didn't sell you anything...and how you got my phone number, i have no idea. you can contact me if you want to sort this out...but you do need to unblock or phone number because i do not pick up block calls.
