As of now i am rebuilding my motor and i'm wondering do i need a new fuel pump to keep my motor running fine without lean conditions

right now my setup as follows:

Portflow Head
ITR IM
ITR TB
Omni Power High CR valves
RC 440 Injectors
Hondata S200
CP 11.5:1 Forged Pistons
Manley Rods
J's Intake

What chasis is this engine installed in?

Different chasis have different flowing volume fuel pumps. If this is a stock civic vx pump, YES upgrade.

If you have a GSR, Type R fuel pump cause this motor is in a teg you will be fine. I beleive the acura VTEC pumps flow 130lph- that should support 200-210whp just fine.

Well a Walbro can be had for $90 so i think it's cheap insurance against not getting enough fuel.

 

the type r pump will work fine since you have the upgrade injectors, but to prevent from running too rich, i'd invest in a fpr.

 

I have a fuel regulator but it's not that great of one. It's B&M
