Quick timing belt question
Hi, I just had a new timing belt and water pump put in my car the other day. I just got the car back tonight and noticed that the timing belt is slightly hanging over the outside edge of the cam gears (Skunk2 cam gears if that matters). When I say slightly, I mean slightly. It doesn't appear to be something out of place, but I just want to make sure.
I couldn't find any pics of a timing belt on a H22 cam gear, so I decided that maybe posting would get me an answer.

Just push it back on and you should be ok. probably they tensioned it when it was like that and it isn't working it's way back on. Or the cam gears are crap and are a bit tapered and causing it

Any more opinions? I don't think it's the cam gears as they've never given me trouble before. Maybe this slight overhang is normal?

I have ST Corsa cam gears and mine is the same way...hanging over just a tiiiiinnnyyy bit. I don't think it's going to hurt anything.
Just check it frequently and make sure it doesn't move any further....
