yeah no kidding, right up the road from me is a red 91 CRXsi its cover with a tarp almost all the time, minus when i see that old guy waxing it. I have never seen it driven once.
One of these days when i have the money i'm gonna go buy it from him and keep it 100% stock

i picked up a 90 civic si for a 100 needs new axles tune-up and new muffler and fix a over heating problem but it came with no rust and new tires and brakes i think i got a good deal
get on autotrader.com and keep looking. They have new car listed every day. Me and my wife looked for like 3 weeks every night and finally we found a car. They have good deals you just have to be patient and have money in hand to bargain with and be able to jump as soon as you see it.
We found a 99 Civic Si MINT condition bone stock with only 62000 and had been in a garage for the past 4 months new tires and all. They wanted 9000 for it but I got it for 8300 after some talking. Patience is the key.
good luck!
