there's a short hose quite a ways below the fuel filter coming out of the firewall and opening straight down. recently it dripped quite a substantial amount of water - is this normal? what's the purpose of this hose?

so what does it mean when all of the sudden, one day it drained a huge amount of water? humid day or something?

 

it is nothing to worry about as it is the ac hose, the harder the ac works the more water you get comeing out.

 

Mine spews all kinds of water sometimes
