91 lude si, running very sluggish and sputters, idles at about 500 rpm and wants to stall out sometimes at idle. could this be bent valves

 

very well could be bent valves. did you over rev?

 

That's what mine did when I bent my valves...

 

probably a long shot but does anyone know if a 2nd gen teg ls head will fit on the 91 b20

 

good news, no bent valves. the spark plugs had just gotten extremely fouled for some reason(werent really old at all) anyway, went to the parts store and got new plugs and a set of the non foulers, car runs fine now

 

phew...good for you man...bent valves would have put you back a lot more
