how to change indicator on 2002 accord
Whats up,
I need to change my left indicator on my 2002 honda accord four door. do i have to take out the entire headlight? also do i have to remove the front bumper to remove the light? please help, this is my wife's car and i dont know where to begin.

Open the fender well. There are little plastic screws holding on a sheet of plastic. Peel it back a bit and look in there with a flashlight, you should see the bulb. If you want turn the turn signal on so you can see it flashing. Twist the socket, switch the bulb, twist it back in, put plastic back on, done.
you'll need to remove the whole bumper. there's a bunch of plastic tabs to remove on the bottom of the bumper, 1 screw in each of the fender wells, 2 screw on the bottom (1 each side, near edge of bumper), and 2 tabs on top of the grill. then tug the bumper off... underneath each headlight assembly there's a metal bar that you'll need to remove. 3 bolts on that... then one bolt on top of the headlight. slide the headlight out towards the front, unplug bulbs, and done.
installation is obviously the reverse.
btw, putting the bumper cover back on is a lot easier if you have another person there to help you.
