After questioning those who I race with and reading the archived topics, I have come to the conclusion that there are no real answers to the question of what intake manifold is the best for my set up. One says that Skunk2 is not much more that a ITR and others claim is is much better. Another claims that the JG is too much for a NA motor and others claim it is awsome for a fully built NA motor(it seemed to be widely agreeded that it is not very good for a slightly modded NA motor)
It depends on your set up!! Ya I know, therefore it is listed below the important things:
JUN stage 3 cams and head package
ITR head, ported and polished
ITR intake manifold, extrude honded
Mugen CAI
Arias 84 mm 11:8:1 pistons
Golden Eagle rods
LS crank, micro polished
Extrude honded ITR throttle body
JUN exhaust manifold
all stuffed into a beautiful ITR
Bottom line: it is a legitimate 2.0L engine tuned with Hondata @ 4500 ft. Although I can't post the dyno sheet, know that it put down 207 whp and 147 ft lbs of torque(not corrected). The biggest problem is that the torque and horse power fell off at about 8200 rmp. So... it's not breathing properly at high rpm's.
QUESTION: is the Edelbrock intake manifold going to kill my mid range and give me more top end only or am I making enough power and have a big enough motor that it will only help througout the curve.
OR
is the Skunk2 enough to give me the small increase in middle and top end.
CAR PURPOSE: Road race and SCCA. So I don't want to kill my midrange since I spend most of my time there.
Real experiences or professional help(am I really asking for this on H-T), please

keep your IM. ditch that header and get a custom one. ditch the mugen intake and use the money from the header and intake to get a new tb, cam gears, fuel management, and tuning.

Although you mentioned things for me to do, you didn't back them up with any competent reason for me to do it. It's like me telling you to take your rims and tires off your car sell them and get new rims and tires of a different make and model, doesn't make much sense unless I have a reason for it.
Header- not the best, but it ain't bad
Intake- heard nothing but good things, and I have had it for two years and love it
Cam gears- JUN.. what's the reason/problem
Fuel management- Hondata s200... what's the reason/problem
Tuning- tuned by Courtney Green, who also tuned his 10.21 1/4 mile and Jasen's 9.95 1/4 street legal cars... what's the reason/problem.
Making blanketed statements doesn't help the cause or answer questions.

from what i understand the edlebrock is a great on a forced induction engine. for N/A, you must really be built like crazy to get some top end out of it. but i do rember seeing dyno charts and the edlebrock started making more power way top end, but a little less on the midrange.
have you checked out the AEBS intake manifold? the casting looks like **** but it sure does make the power!

unfortunately you didnt say you had gears, hondata, and tuning...
also they were 'blanket' statements because i figured you already knew your header wasnt tight. and that every intake is the same, and you could sell it for more and have one just as good and money left over.
im not going to back up my thoughts with...well i heard, and people say... like some people. its my opinion, and if you dont know on your own hoe the parts on your car compare with other parts you shouldnt be spending money on it anyways.

Actually, if you read the post correctly it does say that I had Hondata (paragraph which starts with "Bottom Line") which would mean there was tuning done in order to run the car correctly. The "JUN Head Package" includes the cam gears, springs, retainers, cams and ECU, that is why I listed the JUN stage 3 cams and head package.

Let's see... buy as many parts as I can and see which one does better on my own or do my OWN research and ask others about their experience with/about the parts, i.e. intake manifold, that I am interested in getting. That covers many bases. But, I'll bet you just know how every part compares to every other part on the market, right.
This is not the time or place to continue doing this. The comments, as stated before, are wanted regarding the experiences that people have had with certain intake manifolds with similar engine builds, What has worked and what hasn't, SIMPLE.
