you can't run them without sleeving...

after that...with tuning you would probably grab 10-15whp off of them given that CR will go from 9.8:1 to 11.5:1

if i were you, presuming you are looking at a NA application, I'd do all the other bolt on bits first- especially an engine management upgrade. These pistons would only really be good for the upper end of the NA scale, because the process you have to go through to install them properly is a little cost prohibitive for the power gains you can expect.
you would need to resleeve your block to run these safely. For more info on sleeving do a search- it was talked about quite a lot in the last couple of months.
