Need new motor mounts please help me.
Ok well I guess mine broke cause My engine is all over the place when i let my clutch out. Im pretty sure its the tranny mount but might as well replace them all while im at it.
Anyways Im trying not to spend alot of money so I would appreciat it if some of you could recommend some mounts that will hold my engine in.
I have a turboed GSR making 230 whp with 198 lbs torque so I need something strong.
I dont want to spend alot but I want something that is good and will hold the engine nicely. I was looking at has sport but there a little expensive.
Thanx
Kirk

Just get energy suspension motor mount inserts from the performance marketplace on honda-tech. They can basically fix a broken mount because once the inserts are in, it makes no difference if its broken or not.
2 of my 3 upper motor mounts are broken and the energy suspension kit fixed my problem plus much better traction. You will have some vibration if you go that route though.
you should also check the condition of your torque mounts. those might be the reason why your engine is moving all over the place.

sells solid torque mounts. you will notice the vibrations as they dont allow the engine to move AT ALL

the link is not working, and are there any negatives to having solid mounts other than the added vibration?
