my friend wants to do some engine work to his car.. he already has gredy catback exhaust, straight pipe, obx headers and aem short ram. now he wants cams. are there any camshaft upgrade for these v6 accords? can the engine be swaped? thanks in advance!

 

For a 98-02 V6:

Without proper tuning he will not gain much from this, but with Uberdata or some relative cams from an Acura TL type S can be swapped in to give 9-11 hp. I learned this by asking in the Other vehicles forum and I decided it wasnt worth it, however....

I'd look into comptech as well. Their headers are dyno proven to gain 25!!!!! hp. They also make damn good supercharger kits

 

uberdata? that's only for obd1 vehicles. you *could* do obd1 conversion on 98-02 accords, but not worth it imo. unichip seems to be the choice for the v6 crowd. check v6p.net
