Theres a 99 gsr 100k mi, needs headlights, got a gay front kit, really needs paint job, body looks good, 6500$. is it worth it?

 

how the engine?
do a compression check and check for any frame damage.
who is the owner, ehh, cause of the kit its probably some high school kid.
it has most likely been uncorrectly driven, hows the clutch?

 

i would say it's about right... 6,500 + 1,300 for decent paint job, used headlights 200, used front bumper 180... total aproximately $8,180.

if that total is worth the 100k 99 gsr with great leather interior and perfect compression running motor, then go for it...

*edit: i woud do it... im pretty sure you can talk him down a little lower...

 

why would a 99 need a paint job? only a ghey owner would put on a ghey front kit, do you want a ghey teg?

 

holy crap! 100k miles on a 99!? mine's a 94 and it still hasnt hit 100k yet! i'd ask him where hes been driving and check out the motor first!

20,000 miles a year is above average, but not THAT high. c'mon--it's a honda--the engine is just broken in

my 94 rs has 152k miles.
so?

 

my '94 gsr only has 43k on it. still had new car smell when i bought it, and will never see a cleaner engine bay. looks/runs like new. I think it was a find, only one owner .
